In November 2022 we were invited by Soundbite PR to an exclusive gin tasting at Holyrood Distillery in Edinburgh. As part of the tour we were invited to taste their award winning Height of Arrows gin, learnt about the processes and procedures that go into creating gin and heard about the history of Holyrood Distillery.
